Modifies a station area to include all parcels within the Urban Growth Area (UGA) and a 3⁄4-mile distance of a major transit stop
Modifies a station hub to include all parcels within the Urban Growth Area (UGA) and a 1⁄4-mile distance of a major transit station
Parking: To encourage transit-oriented development and transit use and resulting substantial environmental benefits, counties and cities planning under Growth Management Act (GMA) may not require off-street parking as a condition of permitting development within a station area, except for off-street parking that is permanently marked for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities.
